Bridal Fashion and Trash The Dress in Tucson

For those Brides and Grooms who want to do something out of the ordinary, I suggest you to check out this post. I am an extremely passionate, inquisitive, and restless person, mentally and physically speaking. My mind has to always learn something new, experiment new things, new ideas, new activities, new concepts, new challenges. It helps me to create, to be innovative within my own style, to develop my artistic talent, to keep learning, to get inspired, to have fun.

This time, we decided to enjoy our beautiful Hot weather here in Tucson and give it a try by going straight to the dessert. As I mentioned in my BIO, I like strong contrasts. I like opposites, I like to merge things that 'don't go together' and find harmony among them. It's like watching an eclipse. You see that fusion take place and it makes you want to freeze time just to admire it a bit longer. Opposites such as light and strong shadows, water and dessert, stimulate my creativity. I intend to do the same thing with all of you by sharing these images.

Reyna and Vince were my absolute perfect couple to portray all those feelings in images. On one side you'll get addicted to Reynas' beauty. Her dazzling black eyes, the mystery in the way she looks, her diva attitude, her elegance, so feminine... an absolute gorgeous girl; on the other, you have the dessert, the sky, so plain, so simple. Vince, an absolute great looking guy, super relaxed, awesome smile, uncomplicated and totally cool...

What did we end up with? Commonly speaking, this is called a Fashion Bridal Photo shoot, or a Trash the Dress session which I absolutely enjoyed 150%. Clear skies, a beautiful moon, a gorgeous girl, a handsome guy, some interesting ruins somewhere in Tucson, water, rocks, a veil and my cowboy hat. The result: A really hot session in any and every context of the word:o)

This post is dedicated to my friend and colleague Gisela Prishker, for being a source of inspiration with my projects, and for all her help; to Reyna and Vince, a great couple, for taking part in this awesome experience and to those of you who have a cool sense of humor, who enjoy nature, who can find beauty in all things, who perceive passion as one of the gifts that were given to us as human beings to madly fall in love towards someone or something, to those of you who dare to experiment and walk bare footed, who have an open mind and enjoy life, like I do.

Wedding Photography in Pine Top Arizona : Vanessa and Miguel

Vanessa and Miguel got married in a beautiful place up in the White Mountains called Pine Top. It is approximately a 4 hour drive from Tucson, but the locations was 100% worth it!. Vannessa got ready at a cabin and from there we headed to Hawley Lake where the ceremony took place. She looked absolutely gorgeous!. It was a bit chilly since we were right next to the lake and the wind was a bit cool. Me, well I was fully prepared for the weather but Vane seemed a bit cold, so I decided to get to work to warm up a bit. We were in the open, with cows in the background, the pines, the forest, the lake, everything was perfect for some shocking pictures, it was a lot of fun. I love nature, hiking, fishing, camping, so for me, this was the perfect scenario, I felt like a fish in the water. Vane did an awesome job during her bridal photo shoot, and I kind of wanted to give a touch of vintage to some of the images which gave them a different feeling and a different personality, but definitely, Vanessa was the icing of the cake with her natural beauty and sweet demeanor. After the ceremony we went for a ride in the lake, and I couldn't be any happier with my shots!... I got scenery, a hand-painted sky, the wind blowing her veil, what else could I have asked for?... A fun and loving couple... I got everything. I want to thank Vane and Migue for letting me be part of such an important day in your life. I trully enjoyed every second I spent with you guys on your wedding day. Hugs and Blesings for both of you.

Ms Planet Beach International Competition at Centro

The competition Ms Planet Beach International took place at the Centro Lounge in Downtown Tucson last Sunday. I was honored to be invited as a photographer to cover the event in this city. Planet Beach is an International Contempo Spa located in different cities throughout the US and other countries such as Ireland, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Ireland, New Zeland, UK, Mexico, Japan and South Africa. This franchise has been hosting this competition to promote and provide great opportunities for women who have an specific interest as entrepreneurs and a passion for personal self-improvement. The World Final competition will be taking place in Reno Nevada at the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino on October 21, 2009. I'm proud to say that Tucson's Ms. Planet Beach winner is a extremely beautiful and talented girl and we wish her the best of luck. Here's the reportage.

Wedding at The Embassy Suites Tucson

Connie and Kelvin got married at the Embassy Suites Hotel surrounded by their closest friends and family members. It was a private ceremony and a very warm one, leave no doubt. Connie's girls were the flower girls and looked so beautiful! I had the opportunity to take pictures of them on their birthday when they were even younger and I was surprised to see how big they were already! Connie and Kelvin looked amazing and I absolutely loved those looks they were giving at each other!. I want to share all the love captured in a few images, my favorites, here we go...
